Andrea David HÖHN primarily practises in the fields of civil and criminal litigation. He advises and represents individuals, companies and institutions in the prevention, management and resolution of disputes, particularly in matters involving general criminal law, white-collar crime, commercial law and employment law. He also assists clients in arbitration proceedings and in medical law matters. Drawing on solid experience at the Geneva Bar, he assists clients both in seeking negotiated solutions and in representing their interests before judicial and administrative authorities. Committed to a pragmatic and tailored approach, he strives to identify the legal, economic and human dimensions of each matter in order to develop a strategy aligned with his clients' objectives.
